I was born and raised in Ottawa and have called the city home my entire life. I’ve been helping people buy and sell homes here since 2016 as a REALTOR® with Innovation Realty. I work with buyers and sellers throughout Ottawa and the surrounding communities, including Kanata, Stittsville, Richmond, Barrhaven, Riverside South, Manotick, and Greely.

Before getting into real estate, I spent years in sales, where I learned pretty quickly that people don’t want to be “sold” — they want good information, straightforward advice, and someone they can trust to tell them what they actually think. That’s the same approach I bring to real estate today. I work with all kinds of buyers and sellers, from first-time buyers and downsizers to families planning their next move. 

One area I particularly focus on is helping families who have reached the point where the home that worked a few years ago doesn’t quite fit anymore. Maybe the kids are getting older, you need another bedroom, you’d love a bigger backyard, or you’re simply ready for a home that better fits the life you’re building.

Making that move isn’t always as simple as finding a bigger house. There’s the question of whether to buy or sell first, how to time both transactions, what your current home is actually worth, and whether moving makes financial sense in the first place. My job is to help you work through those decisions and make the process as straightforward as possible.

I live in Greely with my wife and our two daughters, so I understand that choosing a home is about much more than bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage. Schools, neighbourhoods, commute times, backyards, and the way your family actually lives all matter.
